Shipping policy

When you place an order with www.threebrothersny.com, it takes anywhere from 1-3 days to receive, pick, pack, label, and ship your order.

As soon as your package is shipped you will receive a shipment notification email with a unique tracking number. We partner with all the major carriers including the United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL, etc.

Depending on location, please allow 2 to 8 business days for the arrival of your parcel. Packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may take a bit longer.

For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.
